Find a Purchaser
Through our various marketing
tools and cutting edge technology.
Arrange a Viewing
Liaise with Purchaser and Vendor
to arrange an appropriate time to view.
Purchaser Feedback
on Viewing

Within 24 hours we will call the
purchaser for feedback on the
viewing and to find out if they would
like to make an offer.
Purchaser Makes
an Offer

We discuss the offer with the
purchaser and then go on to qualify
their financial position with our in
house independent financial advisor.
In order to ensure the swift progression
of the sale we provide both vendor
and purchaser with details of our
approved panel of solicitors.
Vendor Feedback
Within 24 hours we will call the vendor
to discuss feedback on the viewing
and submit any offers which
have been put forward.
Agreeing the Offer
We negotiate with the Purchaser
and Vendor to agree the offer,
always working for and on behalf
of the Vendor until they are happy
to agree a sale price.
Completion
Once the sale has legally completed
we will contact both parties with the
good news. At this point we will arrange
for the purchaser to come into the
office to collect their keys to their
new home.
Exchange of Contracts
Exchange of contracts is the point
in which each party is legally bound
to proceed with the sale/purchase.
The Sale Process
A lot happens within this period, usually
lasting between 6-12 weeks, but most
of the work is on the Purchaser’s side.
We have an in house sales chaser who
will fully manage the sale process until
completion.
