Sometimes renting a property is a more suitable solution for clients.
Here we have created a step-by-step guide to the rental process, to help aid you in getting started with the full procedure and get you moved in as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
Finding a Suitable property
We can utilise our specialist marketing tools and technologies to search for suitable rental property to match your own personal search criteria, such as - areas, price range and number of bedrooms. Our process allows us to filter our results and thus helping you to find a more suitable home.
Arrange a viewing
Once you have found a property which you are happy with based on the search criteria, we can then arrange a viewing.
Sign up agreement
Once you have found your ideal property, you can then take the next step and
sign a “sign-up agreement”. This allows us to reserve the property for you until your rental application is approved.
Arranging utilities
Obviously when renting a home, you are also paying for other provisions – such as gas, electric and phone bills. Speak with the landlord and ascertain which details need to be changed over into your name.
Providing details for renting
Before we can agree on and draft a tenancy agreement, we need certain information from you. We need to take references from you, as well as perform a credit check – this gives the landlord a realistic idea of whether or not you will be able to pay the rental fees, as well as providing a series of character references to assess whether you are a suitable applicant.
Tenancy Agreement
A decision can then be made in the next 2-3 working days based on your circumstances, resulting in the formulation of the tenancy agreement, which can then be signed for, and now all that is left is for you to move into the property.
